Kooldy Points – Terms & Conditions

At Kooldy, we believe in rewarding our customers for their loyalty. That’s why we’ve created the Kooldy Points program — a simple and exciting way to earn rewards for every purchase you make. By shopping with us, you automatically start earning points that can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases. Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully, as they govern your participation in the Kooldy Points system.

1. How It Works

For every $1 USD spent on eligible purchases, you will earn 3 Kooldy Points. This includes purchases of both regular-priced and discounted (on-sale) items. Your points will automatically accumulate in your account once the order is completed and paid in full. Points are earned based on the actual amount paid, excluding taxes, shipping fees, or any manually applied coupons.

Points will be revoked in the case of a cancelled, failed or refunded order.

2. Redeeming Kooldy Points

Kooldy Points can be redeemed during checkout to obtain discounts. For every 100 Kooldy Points, you receive a $3 USD discount on your purchase. You can choose the number of points you’d like to redeem at the time of checkout, depending on your balance.

Kooldy Points cannot be used in combination with promotional coupon codes. If you apply a coupon to your order, the system will automatically disable the option to redeem points. However, points can still be used on items that are already on sale, offering customers greater flexibility when shopping.

3. Point Validity & Expiration

Points are valid for 30 calendar days from the date they are earned. After this period, any unused points will be automatically removed from your account and cannot be recovered. It is the responsibility of the customer to keep track of their points balance and expiration dates. Kooldy will not provide individual reminders prior to expiration.

4. Eligibility

• Only registered users who are logged into their accounts can earn and redeem Kooldy Points.
• Guests and non-registered users are not eligible for the program.
• Kooldy Points are available to customers worldwide, regardless of country or region.

5. Modification & Termination of the Program

Kooldy reserves the right to modify the Kooldy Points system at any time without prior notice. This includes — but is not limited to — changes in the:

• Earning rate (points per dollar)
• Redemption value (discount per points)
• Expiration policy
• Eligibility conditions

Additionally, Kooldy may choose to terminate the Kooldy Points system at its discretion. In the event of termination, all users will be notified via email at least 30 days in advance. Customers will be encouraged to redeem their available points within this notice period. After this deadline, unredeemed points will be void and cannot be reclaimed or exchanged for cash or store credit.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Order Cancellations

If a customer requests a return or refund, the Kooldy Points earned from that order will be removed from the user’s account. If points were redeemed for a discount during a refunded transaction, the equivalent points will be returned to the customer’s balance only if the refund is approved.

If an order is cancelled, no points will be earned or redeemed in association with that transaction.

7. Abuse and Misuse

Kooldy Points are intended solely for the benefit of individual customers. Any misuse of the system, including attempts to game or manipulate point accumulation, will result in the termination of the user’s account and the forfeiture of all earned points.

Attempts to create multiple accounts to earn extra points, use bots, or otherwise exploit the system are strictly prohibited.

8. Non-Transferable & No Cash Value

Kooldy Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for real currency. Points are not transferable between customer accounts or redeemable outside of the Kooldy platform.

9. Support & Assistance

If you believe that your Kooldy Points balance is incorrect or have any issues with redemption, please reach out to our customer support team at support@kooldy.com. Be sure to include your order ID and a brief description of the issue for faster resolution.
